We received lots of feedback on our Nail Craze article! We were so excited by all your responses and emails, that we were eager to do the research to get you the answers you were looking for. For all of those readers who are too shy to ask us, we decided to post a follow up with a few questions we found interesting:
What are some of the hottest colors to wear? According to the radar, trendy nail colors are deep reds, charcoals, and dark blues. As stated before, nail color is a personal choice. It should reflect who you are rather than what others say it should be. Also, a simple tip when choosing the perfect nail color, focus on the right shade. Some girls may not look great in charcoal gray, but may look better in light gray. Play around with colors. You might start a trend of your own.
I think OPI nail color a little mature for my style. What other nail polishes do you suggest that are young? Actually, OPI has very fun nail colors. Like fashion, OPI releases collections of nail polish colors by season, so it depends on the collection. Last Summer, they released the India and Brights Collections which consist of a few vibrate colors which are still available for sale. Other nail brands are Esse, Mattese, Sally Hansen. Unlike OPI, these companies tend to cater to the young consumer, so you may find what you are looking for. On a green tip, have you ever heard of Zoya nail polish? They sell awesome nail polish that is all natural and is honored for its lasting color in which they have over 50 different shades to choose from (retailing $6).

I have trouble with creating designs. I try to use a design brush but my hands are not sturdy. Any tips on how I can get the look without the mess? Honestly, the magic usually happens when you do not know what you are doing; try to freestyle and see where that will take you. You don't necessarily have to use a design brush, be creative and find other tools. Once I used a coffee straw to blow colors onto my nails. It was messy but once I cleaned up the fingers (with a q-tip and polish remover), it was very artistic and cool! I digress, but to answer your question, Sally Hansen just brought a new tool to the nail market called , Nail Art Pens. It help designing to be much easier because you are actually writing on your nails and everyone knows how to write...right? =) It comes in a diverse variety of colors and you can buy it at your local drugstore such as Walgreen's for about $7.

Why should I use milk to soak my nails? It is not mandatory, but it is an alternative to water. Milk does the body good and the nutrients keeps the skin smooth, soft, and ironically glowing. Here's an article you should read, How To Get Good Skin with Milk. It will give a list of other beauty ticks you can try with milk.

Round or semi-round? Lol. I prefer round, but that is what I prefer. The nail rule is, if the nail grows past the nail bed (longer than your finger) they should remain round to keep a natural look. True, however I do not play by the nail rules. It really depends on the look you are going for. Want secretary nails, french manicure nails, classic nails, or claw nails? The shape is all up to you.
We also received a few pictures from our readers who are crazy about nails! So crazy that they sent us pics of them sporting their color. These gems like to keep things simple, but their color choices are cool. Love the color names, btw. Take a look at how they opt for the color that compliments them the most! Thanks Gems!

Good Content.
Today while I was surfing the Internet, I came across several interesting articles talking about UV nail lamps and how to use them with gel nail application. I also happened to visit this site Gel-Nails and found amazing variety of UV lamps in American and European style. Some of these lamps also have a timer and a digital display which I think is really cool. And what’s best above all is the super discount that you can get which is 50% and more also for most of the products.
